Terms & Conditions – Please read before making any purchases. 

YOUR PURCHASE - ALL orders are immediately packaged and are then shipped within the 10–15-day shipping window and can potentially take up to 1 week for delivery, upon shipment. International orders may take a little longer to arrive, depending on delivery destination.

For purchases, some orders are MADE TO ORDER. If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me for details on how to make this request. 

Refunds/Exchanges: We make all of our items by hand at the time of your order with high quality assurance. All items are sold AS IS and are FINAL SALE. All items are FINAL SALE, no returns are accepted.

Payments: We accept PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards. 

SHIPPING INFO

At this time, I am shipping through USPS only, unless you are a wholesale account and we have established shipping needs.

When Items Ship: Typically, items will ship within 10-15 days of purchase from USPS.  All shipping rates are set at USPS, which cover packaging and shipping.  You will be notified via email (given you have provided your email address as checkout), of your USPS Tracking number upon shipment of your item(s).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates vary and are contingent upon your order; once you proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address for a quote.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. During promotional or sale periods, kindly allow our team 5-8 business days to process your order.

When Items Ship: Typically, items will ship within 10-15 days of purchase from USPS.  All shipping rates are set with USPS, (unless another provider is available upon checkout), which cover packaging and shipping.  You will be notified via email (given you have provided your email address as checkout) of your tracking number upon shipment of your item(s).

Shipping Info: Duties/customs are not covered. Please be aware that international orders may incur additional duties, taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country. 

Delivery Time: Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
